Two rounds: First is straight up behavioral with a campus recruiter. A lot of "tell me a time..."
Second round is with high up person within the dept. you are applying with, 40 minute phone call, less behavioral and a lot of experience...at least for hr try to highlight those experiences. Want to see that you really know HR
