Interview
Six different managers from each department was in the room. It was a fine interview until one manager started semi-attacking me with very job specific questions that I told her twice I was unable to answer as I was never a fund accountant, I was fresh out of college. My current director had to interrupt her and tell her to stop asking me questions.

My director asked how I overcame a challenging situation where I saw another employee doing something against company policy.
Very simple and straight to the point. They were very nice and accommodating. Asked me about my background, and where I went to get into fund accounting. It was a great interview.

It was smooth. Very chill and informal. Good guys looking for personality. Just had to show that you are capable and willing to learn in high paced environment. I was happy with the experience.

The first round was a call interview and the second round was a Zoom interview call. They schedule for the next round. It was a good experience for me because the manager was very good she told me about the company and the whole process. I tried to give my best.
