The Spring Internship Conversion Interview consists of a group project, a news flash interview, and a math exam. The group project had nothing to do with finance. In a news flash interview, you will be given a few different market scenarios you should react to.

What would you trade if the Suez Canal is blocked?
Very technical for first round, asked a lot of mental math, bond math and brain teasers only one behavioural question which was tell me about yourself and why you applied
Did an online assessment and then an interview with a trader. Was not the easiest interview. Maths and brain teasers. The brain teasers specifically were not easy initially. Did not make it to the next round
Teams call with a director, Mixture of behavioural questions like why are you interested in markets, thoughts on ESG and also more maths/brain teaser questions like 3^6 and calculating percentage changes.
