Interview
You will receive a call from one of their agents who will try to test your level in English and/or French. From there if you pass that firstlevel they will call you to their headquarters for a technical test n a face to face seat down. Nothing to worry about if you know the basics in IT.

Entretien téléphonique (soit RH, soit opérationnel, soit les deux), dans mon cas avec un chef de projet MOE qui a duré 20 minutes, questions basiques. Entretien le lendemain avec cette personne dans leurs locaux accompagné d'une personne de l'équipe pour laquelle j'allais être embauché. 1h30 de questions / réponses, quelques questions techniques, mais surtout de la mise en situation.
Enfin dernier entretien avec le RH Groupe deux semaines après, 50 mins, avec des questions très pointues sur le comportement afin d'évaluer les softs skills (qui sont plus importants chez eux que les hard skills).

Submit application online. 4 rounds of interviews: 1st round with team leader, 2nd round : C++ test, 3rd round: brain teasers with 4 people, 4th round: interview with HR manager and IT manager
