-Direct call from BNP
-3 round of Technical interviews (including one techno-managerial round). Technical interview was in depth and lots of problems was discussed. Interviews was more mean to understand the problem solving skill rather than text book knowledge
-1 HR round.(why you want to change, Expected CTC, family details ) , interview was simple
Process was good as they had conducted face to face interview. They mostly ask scenario based questions where they check ability of the candidate when facing these kind of scenarios.
