Poorly Organised, insincere organisation. Took the HR more than 1 month to call me, and gave short notice to go for interview within next 2-3 days before interviewer "leave for home leave soon". Over the phone never asked a single question on anything - like how "long would I need to notify my employer" or "how much is my remuneration and expectation" etc. When I got to the office at the business districts, was supposed to ring the interviewer to be let in - tried calling him 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Finally some kind soul saw me waiting outside the office and got me to the meeting venue. And the interviewer did not book a room! Stood there for almost 10 minutes and had to move to another building. Throughout the entire interview, interviewer did not express any interest in what I have been doing, or ask any crucial questions that gives him a better understanding whether I am a fit to the role. I had to initiate the conversation to explain my work even. The entire experience gave me the impression that I was only a number to fill the quota, for whatever reasons. They have already decided on the candidate, or a few. It was really a waste of my time.
