I applied for BNP ISPL as a part of my college campus placement in 2016.
The basic aptitude test was conducted for the preliminary elimination. It consisted of questions to check your quantitative and verbal ability and accuracy. It was a bit tricky.
It basically consisted of a technical interview followed by a HR interview.
The interview was pretty straight forward and the most important thing they were looking in the candidates is the attitude and your confidence.
They also conducted re interview for Many of the applicants.
The entire process was done in one day itself.

There were some questions about probability, it was a pretty difficult one, but what he wanted to is the approach and how do you handle it.

Interview
First challenge was C++ hacker rank test with 2 coding challenges and 2 math questions. For the second technical interview C++ theoretical questions regarding memory allocations and live coding exercise where I implemented a load balancer.

Interview
In total, there were three rounds of face-to-face (in-person) interviews. The first two rounds were with different members of the team, where I had the opportunity to discuss my skills, experience, and how I could contribute to their projects. The final round was with the hiring manager, which involved a more in-depth conversation about team dynamics, expectations, and long-term goals within the role.
