BNED LoudCloud interview questions

I interviewed for technical lead role in data engineering. After the HR round, offer was not released due to budget although salary expectations were set clearly prior to the first round. Recruiter asked for the resignation mail and payslips which was shared and still no offer was released. Think before joining the company (if they release the offer letter)
