The second interview is in person, they go more in details about the job they looking to hire for, so you expect more technical questions, read the job description well before going.

Interview
I applied for their Portland, OR office and interviewed on July 1, 2024. The company flew me out from South Dakota at the last minute. There were three 30-minute long interviews with management.
Asked many questions, very thorough in finding the right fit. Looked at least employment and asked about interests in the company. They also asked about field work vs office work.
