Interview consisted of a phone screening followed by an online personality test. The in person portion was a full day interview event. It consisted of a group activity, a scenario interview and a traditional interview.

Interview
Started off with a group interview with about 5 other candidates. Split into two groups. Got taken on a tour of the factory by an associate. Regular individual interview after with 2 managers.

Not your typical interview. There were several "rounds" involving group and individual interviews or assessments. Not much you can do to prepare for this kind of interview besides making sure you are quick on your feet.
