My hiring manager was really friendly and seemed to care about who I was as a person. He asked typical questions about conflict resolution, teamwork, and technical experience. What I enjoyed the most was talking about what I wanted to do and what I was passionate about. I was given the space to do so, and I think it was what led to me receiving the offer.
