I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BMO US (Elm Grove, WI) in Aug 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a BMO recruiter from Indiana for a job I had not applied for. She was very nice and worked with me to find a job that suited my needs. She connected me with the branch that was hiring and the interview process was great. It was very comfortable and easy-going. I was interviewed by two people, the manager at the branch I was interviewing for and one for a different branch I was not interviewing for. The interview felt almost like a conversation throughout, yet professional, with what seemed like the occasional question. The reality was they were reading a lot further into you by conversing in general.
