Phone interview: Lasted 20 minutes. Recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview. I applied through the company website and received a referral from an employee. I was contacted approximately three weeks after my application submission for an interview with a recruiter.

Applied through school career centre, got a phone call and did not discuss many special things. Just like a general self introduction. Maybe a full time interview will be more difficult.
