Interview with HR and two branch managers via MS Teams. Basic behaviour questions like tell us about yourself and some role play questions for hypothetical scenarios like how would you handle a difficult situation.

How would you handle a client who wouldn't take no for an answer?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
