I got an email in about week after I applied. I gave a digital interview and that was 3 weeks ago. I still haven't heard from them and on the website it shows that my application is stil under review. I am not sure if I was ghosted or my application is truly "under review."

Give an example where you went above and beyond for a customer.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
1-on-1 with assistant branch manager. Why do you want to work at a bank? Behaviour questions, like what would you do if you made a mistake. Tests your language abilites like Chinese.
