Interview
First it was phoe interveiw from Montreal, they call you ask you some basic questions, like working hours, educations, working locatoins and so on. then the branch manager will contact you to set up the face-to-face interview, based on customers service experience, and how to deal with pressure. only took 2 weeks for me. usually the start time will be 1 month later.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
