Process was fairly quick. I interviewed with the assistant managers about one week after applying. Once the interview took place, I was starting 2 weeks after that. Overall, process was smooth. Questions that they asked were typical for customer service type role.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
