Phone Interview + In person Interview, hiring process waited for 4 weeks. In the end, the hiring manager said it was a good interview, but they were looking for full-time employees (though I submitted the application on a part-time job postings), so asked me for further notice (don't know it's excuse or not)

Asked me to pretend to sell a master card to a college student.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
