It is obvious that BMO is managed in the way reflected in their customer service, as well as their policies and procedures. All while they hide in the back rooms and develop cutsy slogans in an effort to make customers believe they are something other than an out of control monopoly protected by the government and in desperate need of a reset, which can easily be solved by allowing the much larger global banks operate on the same level and providing some much needed competition.
