I applied online and after 2 days got a call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly about behavioral questions. After 2 more days, another call to set up a personal interview with branch manager and assistant manager. Again the same type of questions, and some explanation about the company and the position.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)
1-on-1 with assistant branch manager. Why do you want to work at a bank? Behaviour questions, like what would you do if you made a mistake. Tests your language abilites like Chinese.
