I applied at BMO and got Interviewe the day later.It was a video interview and I got this video interview 2 time but didn’t get any reply.I worked in Customer Service for 2 years so Interview was good but they didn’t call me because all the branches are filled with some specific ethnicity so it wasn’t a diverse company to work.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
