I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2016
Interview
After submitting a resume online through their website you'll receive a telephone interview, you'll possibly meet with your potential branch manager.
Quite a thorough background check - followed up on all references.
Following the phone interview you'll be asked to interview at the office at Bay and Bloor - quite a relaxed environment. The interviewer goes through the role in detail, explains targets, etc.
After the in-person interview they'll (hopefully!) offer you the job.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the role and a career with BMO?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
