I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2014
Interview
Fairly quick interview on site. Two back-to-back interviews with the hiring manager and VP. Questions around soft skills, situational questions and some accounting questions. There was an excel test after the interview about excel: simple lookup functions and Pivot table. How to deal with formula errors when an item can not be found in a table.
