A Phone interview requirement had been arranged by an email two days before. I prepared for the more than 10 questions that could be asked. Review many times before the phone interview. The interviewer was nice and her speed was very fast. I didn't catch the questions at least two more times. I knew at that moment I had screwed it up only because I was not so skilled in verbal. Sad.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
