The interview process is fairly extensive, usually consisting of about five rounds. The final round requires building a detailed presentation and presenting it to the team you are applying to. Overall, the process takes around 2–3 weeks and is definitely not easy. The experience can vary depending on the team, but some provide excellent guidance and support throughout the presentation preparation. I was fortunate to have helpful and patient interviewers who made me feel supported, which made the process more manageable. I felt the company is really looking to find people who would mesh well with both the team and the company culture, and I found that aspect very rewarding.
That said, this is not a company to apply to if you expect an easy interview. The process is cognitively demanding and can be overwhelming, especially if you are balancing a current full-time role while going through multiple rounds. It is designed to test your technical and problem-solving abilities, how you perform under pressure, and how you respond to difficult feedback. If you approach it prepared, stay organized, and are receptive to feedback, it can be a rewarding experience that gives insight into how the company evaluates talent and collaboration.
