BLender interview questions

The interview experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. A significant portion of the interview focused on personal topics unrelated to the role, including my nationality, family background, parents’ relocation decisions, and comparisons to family members. These questions felt intrusive and not relevant to assessing my professional skills or suitability for the position. The discussion often moved away from my experience and qualifications and into personal judgments, which made it difficult to present myself professionally. I believe interviews should remain focused on job-related competencies and maintain a respectful, neutral tone. This experience did not meet those expectations. I’m sharing this feedback so future candidates are aware and so the company can improve its interview process.
