It was an interesting interview but it was a little strange because the first two/three interviews were casual then the last one I did was serious. The process WAS explained but I got no feedback on why my application didn't continue.

3 stage Interview process with the immediate team manager, division manager and CEO.
Conducted in English and Japanese. Standard Q&A style of interview with a bit of other conversation to better understand the interviewee and interviewer.
