I first spoke to a recruiter from a LinkedIn listing, then did a phone interview followed up by a Zoom interview with the manager and a coworker from the team I'd be working on. Very friendly, realistic questions related to the job, and an honest overview of what the work environment and tasks would look like.

Long process. 3.5 months from first interview to start date. Applied online. Phone interview with HR 2 weeks later. Phone interview with hiring manager following week. 1.5 months later, panel interview with 5. 2 weeks later, communications writing assignment (weekend to complete). 1.5 weeks later, interview with director. Offer extended following week with start date a month out.
