Hiram was absolutely amazing and the interview was one of the best I had. He challenged me throughout the interview to make sure I was the best fit for the available position.
Simple. Explained the knowledge behind putting the guest first, and following corporate standards. Asked questions about your favorite dish and why you wanted to work there. Know their mission statement.
