The worst interview experience ever. The first round was through skype, and the lady was nice, asked some basic interview questions, nothing special. But the second round, which was conducted at New York City, was horrible. The girl was rude, unprofessional at all. She kept bragging about how successful the company was (highly doubt it) and kept trying to find ways to make you feel bad. Hey, at least dress like a professional, OK?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BIU Tech (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Gave me an interview ONLY by asking a couple of questions via video conference. There was absolutely NO communication at all other than simple questions and answers. Having interviews with Chinese people are just like that.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BIU Tech (Washington, DC) in May 2016
Interview
I applied through indeed.com, and after a week, I got a phone call from their ny office that they wanted to set up a skype interview with me. The hr in China interviewed me and she was very nice. The whole interview was in Mandarin language. She asked me about 15 questions, and all of them were basic questions. Because it was in my native language, I answered fluently and with confidence. After finishing the interview, she told me I need to wait 15 business days to wait for notification if I passed the first round or not. there were total 3 rounds interview. Only two business days later, she sent me an email saying that I passed my first interview, and wanted me to their ny office for second round.
