It was a two stage interview process, the first one was cultural fit and the second was technical questions with the CTO and head of delivery. I guess the interview process took about 3 weeks as I did not get an update until after two weeks.

Interview
Three stages of calls with a quick pace between them. None were particularly remarkable or difficult. The recruiter kept in good contact scheduling calls. However the company disappeared after the final stage interview: no contact, no feedback, only silence.
