First step was the HireVue. There were 3 aptitude games testing after the video interview. Games were generally related to shapes, spotting the odd ones out, and something numerical. Should try out the games online before attempting the interview.

I just finished online assessment that includes 2 sections: video recording and cognitive testing.
I was stressed on video interview while it gave me time to prepare so I would say good experience overall.
In the interview, they highly encourage us to use STAR technique to answer questions.

Felt a bit awkward as I was talking to myself. However, it was a good experience. There were also other assessments aside from video interview.
