Interview process was straightforward. Good questions. They care about your ethics just as much as they do your hard skills. No complaints about the process. Was fairly quick and were no hidden requirements

Question 1
If you have an employee that doesnât show up for work, what do you do?
The interview process was easy. It was a group interview with a few people. We would go around and share our answers to each question. At the end we had to do a typing test.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BHFO (Cedar Rapids, IA) in May 2016
Interview
First they screen you with a brief phone interview to get an idea of your experience and goals, then if you pass the phone interview they bring you in for an HR interview. My HR interview was pretty short because my job is relatively specialized, however i believe the HR interview tends to be more weighty for warehouse employees. After HR, i interviewed with the Marketing director and got an idea of where the company was and planned to go. Finally I interviewed with an executive and got a tour of the awesome facility.
