HR phone interview then referred to hiring mgr in person. Hiring mgr demanded I complete a long app on site before the interview then demanded I write down my current compensation on the application. The job was also on site in a stuffy office in Burnsville, MN. Pay was low. The sales/mkt mgr fired the former electronics line mgr, thats why the job was open, however he was not fired for performance reasons the hiring mgr said.
