Phone screening, technical test to do in a week, on site interview. The job title is React front end developer and the feedback I receive is positive, they like me but I am too front end. It took 4 weeks to chase them to get the feedback after the on-site interview even tho the manager promise 1 week. They promise to refund the cost of my journey but the end said that they lost the receipt and cannot do it, I suggest to send them the receipt again but they never get back to me. It is so unprofessional that the candidate spend time, interest and travel 150 mil to the on-site the interview and they cannot event give a detail feedbacks or keep the travel refund promise. It is a shame!
