Very good interview process. Had an assessment centre with different types of interview questions : both technical and non technical . The assessment center was held over 2 days in Reading.

After I applied for the company in a career fair, and I talked quite a bit with the booth employee, I was called some weeks later. He said he would be in the city next week. Then I got the interview, 1on1, and he asked me a lot of questions, like: What I want to be in the next 5 or 10 years, etc.
