BFITS interview questions

I applied online, and was contacted to set up an interview with the (previous) HR Manager. While the interview itself went well, there were many issues with timing. As I was unemployed, I was able to be quite flexible and take the interview a few hours later. I don’t remember many of the specific questions, but I do remember being asked about my motivation, and how I would handle a large classroom. The interviewer was lovely, and was happy to answer all my questions as well, and despite the difficulty in arranging my interview, I felt it was still professional in all other aspects and got the impression there was a lot of support systems in place for the company.
