I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BEO Personal Care (Colorado Springs, CO) in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied on a Sunday, got a call back on Tuesday , interviewed with Sydney on Thursday, had orientation on Friday and started my first shift the following Tuesday. The interview process was super easy and relaxed. I have about 20 years in the health care industry. I have my phlebotomy certification, QMAP certification and have been an AMA for years.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BEO Personal Care (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
I had an interview with the owner Ray where we went over my resume and talked about my experience. I have 6+ years CNA/CMA experience, a bachelors degree and received my EMT training. He sent me a text message that evening and said that I seemed like I’d fit in with the team and wanted me to come by the next day for an additional meeting. At this meeting there was another person in the interview. She went over my resume with me and asked me a few questions. After this I did a typing test. I was told to expect a call the following day, I never received a call.
I finally sent an email a week later asking for a follow up. It was then that I received a call asking me to follow back up. I did not follow up.

Interview
I'm a black, 55yr old female professional, hard worker with a great employment record. I have a background in IV certification, phlebotomy and I'm a CNA. I've been an EMT since 1996 and a CNA since 1995. I thought the interview went well with the owner Ray. I was more than qualified. Even though I hadn't used my EMT since 2010 I kept it current and was willing to do whatever to meet their standards or just do transports. I didn't even get a courtousy call that I didn't get the job (it's been a month since my interview) and the owner would never return my calls as I called several times checking on my application. I was also recently told by one of his employers that since I interviewed they have hired plenty of people in the last month but the turn over was high. They were actually shocked that I didn't get a call because I'm familiar with a lot of BEO employees as I do ride along with patients as a CNA and they needed drivers.
