BEML interview questions

I applied for apprenticeship at BEML. I had to submit the documents in prior and then they call individually or send an email to attend the interview, if the application is shortlisted.

Went for a walkin recently, The process starts from registration & certificate validation. Interviewer were I guess mainly from the HR division, They pick one word from the job profile and looking for the candidate which they have mentioned ideal candidate in the advertisement, They don't have any idea about whole Job profile what they have published. I saw people travelled from various cities like Nagpur, Hyderabad Mysore, Bengaluru. The interviewer were simply saying we are looking from someone who worked on a particular product and they were rejecting the profiles and saying you are working on a simple things we are solving more complex problems. IN SIMPLE WORDS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN BEML Walkins. Suggestion for BEML - If you are so keen to a particular product then first shortlist the profile and call the candidate for interview. Don't waste the time of others. Since in India we have lot of unemployment don't take advantage of that to gather the crowds in the name of walkin to put in your magzines.
