My interview experience with this company was disappointing. After my first interview, I was told by the marketing manager that I would hear back regardless of the outcome, positive or negative. I took that seriously and followed up by email as well, but never received any response.
I genuinely thought the first interview went well, although I couldn’t ignore the fact that the interviewer was yawning during the conversation. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag about the level of professionalism.
Overall, the lack of communication and follow-through left a negative impression, especially from a company that prides itself on being one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. I hope they improve their hiring process and show more respect for candidates’ time.
