Interview
All online due to the pandemic. Standardised tests that were ro be expected before a recorded online interview to gather responses to situations. Then a presentation and a one-on-one interview with a partner, once again all online. Presentation included a SWOT analysis.
The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
