Submitted resume and cover letter. Was then asked to do an automated video interview. Attended a group interview where we were asked to work in groups to present a scenario they gave to us.

Interview
It was quite a long process including Application, Video Interview, Psychometric Testing, Partner Interview and Networking/Social Event. Ultimately, I was unsuccessful. I have however, been successful in recently getting past the video interview and they have changed their recruitment process since 2014.
