I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDG architecture + design (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
An informal interview with their CFO who comes across as extremely uninterested in anything you have to say so don't be put off. She interviews all new joiners and will ask a series of technical questions to grasp your experience, nothing too difficult.
One of our final questions was on hybrid working. I explained I had a young family and would like to spend 2/3 days in the office but can flex for deadlines, as is always the case for tender submissions. I was turned down a second interview on that basis and am glad I didn't join them to find out the hard way. If you value your work/life balance and have a family, look elsewhere.
