Next, I was given a take-home assignment to evaluate practical problem-solving and implementation skills. After submitting the assignment, I had a team interview consisting of multiple rounds with engineers, covering technical discussions, system design, and collaboration aspects.
Following that, there was a final round with the hiring manager to discuss feedback, clarify details, and assess overall fit. The process concluded with a conversation with the Director of Engineering, focusing on broader alignment, vision, and impact, after which an offer decision was made.
