I went to the headquarters of the bank, in the heart of Bucharest. ( Calea Victoriei). I had an interview with the recruiter for the tech department. The interview started with behavioral questions. Then I was asked about my experience, my studies and my projects. I had to describe my summer projects and my summer research. The recruiter was very patient and helpful. I answered properly all the questions and the recruiter continued the dialogue with follow up questions. After we discussed about my experience and knowledge, the recruiter described the workflow at BCR and the advantages of working there. In the end, I was asked which branch of the IT department I wanted to work for and why.
