I applied through university. I interviewed at BBVA (Birmingham, AL) in Sept 2014
Interview
The first was a phone screen. Then another phone screen. Then a full day of panel interviews. The interviewers were generally top managers or C-level employees. The process is competitive, so the interview is thorough, but was overall more behaviorally focused.
