I presented some psychological tests then I had an interview with a Manager. While I was talking the person was checking his phone all the time, and that made me think he/she wasn't interested. The interview was very short, and I did not hear from them back. They asked me about my experience and my achievements. I had experience in a different area so I guess it didn't fit. but the interviewer checking his phone all the time as I was talking made me feel inadequate or boring.
