The process consisted of a phone call with an HR recruiter and an on-site interview with a panel of engineers.
The interview at their HQ was a very pleasant experience. All the guys were really welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the length of my visit.
The set of questions was basically just an in-deep analysis of my background and previous experiences.
They also clearly wanted to test my personality.
After around a week I received an email saying I had been rejected.
I was surprised as, honestly, I had quite good vibes during the interview.
The feedback I received sounded a lot like an excuse since probably my seniority (and package request) was not aligned with the role advertised.
I was a bit sorry for that but hope to stay in touch with the guys as I think they are doing a great job!
