Interview
Application then 1 competency based interview with a task to complete. The task involved a presentation analysing a piece of content and how i would develop it further. Consisted of 7 questions including the task and any questions following that.

The entire process was online. It started with 2 online assessments where you had to answer questions about your experince and character. This was followed by a group assessment centre were you had to do a presentation. Then a final interview with a team of producers.

Questions are mostly around the BBC values and how your experience and journey ties in with these. The STAR approach works well and always best to have new ideas to hand
it lasts for 2 hours, very intense.
