I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at BB&T in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a pretty typical interview general what would you do in this and that situation. The hard part is the training. Staring at a computer screen for 8 hours can be very discouraging at times and you won't see the teller line until the second week of training. You only get to train in a drawer for two days

Question 1
If you where stranded on a island what three things would you bring
The interview was pretty easygoing, they asked very basic customer service questions along with some cash handling and sales questions. The interviewer who was the manager for the branch was nice and friendly.

Question 1
What are some past sales experience that you have?
Smooth and easy process. Interview questioned were standard. I had no issues getting a call back to be hired on immediately. I support this type of interview and hope they uphold this process going forward
Had 2 interviews, was told I would be offered the job, the branch manager ended up quitting. I had to follow up multiple times and was given an impromptu phone interview with zero warning - never heard back, was totally ghosted. Overall disorganized.
